Place: Haiky (Vietnamese restaurant)
2000 Guadalupe Street, Austin
This was my first time to the restaurant. The waitress was rude and restless. At first we were unhappy. But then realized, she may have had a bad day and decided to make her smile.
Nothing big, I just tipped her more than double, for a very ordinary service.

Hello all,
Welcome to Project Smile.
The objective is simple.
"Everyday make at least someone smile."
Actually It started as "Project help" - But it kinda gave a feeling of charity, and hence project smile.
